A Meal or Food You Really Like

My favorite food is pasta, it's my favorite food since I was a child, I like it in any form and with any type of sauce, although my favorite is bolognese.

Pasta is a set of foods prepared with a dough whose basic ingredient is semolina, mixed with water, and to which salt, egg or other ingredients can be added, forming a product that is generally cooked in boiling water.

The most common sauces that are put to pasta are Alfredo Sauce, Bolognese Sauce and Pesto Sauce.

I really like the mixture of flavors that is made by combining the pasta with the sauce.

Consuming a lot of pasta is not very good, since being carbohydrates in large quantities makes you fat, but when consuming in "normal" portions it does very well, due to the energy that carbohydrates provide you, they are perfect for training.

My Favourite Piece Of Technology

 My favorite piece of technology is my cell phone, because it is the technological object that I use the most every day.

I frequently use my cell phone to talk on the phone and send messages, but it is also a device in which I can use different social networks. 

When I use my cell phone it affects my social life, since COVID 19 is  more difficult to stay in contact with friends or other people greatly decreased, so the cell phone in a certain way serves to keep in touch.

I recommend the use of the cell phone, because is a very useful piece of technology. But it is important to be careful because it expend a lot of timewhich could be used in other more productive things.
