Public administration has various topics and subjects of study within its structure, but personally the one that I liked the most and called my attention is the transparency and accountability that the administration must carry out.
I like and have caught my attention the institutions that carry out the principles of transparency and probity within the public administration, which for example would be the Comptroller General of the Republic, the transparency council, etc.
These institutions ensure that both public institutions and their officials have a good conduct in their work, that transparency and accountability is achieved that is consistent with what is established and that they avoid cases of corruption, which only make people distrust even more of its public system.
I enjoy this topic because I would like to work on it later and make the public administration a trustworthy institution, where people believe in the ability of their state to help, and that corruption cases end.
I have learned a lot about transparency and how to be honest and keep your accounts up to date within an institution changes both the image and the performance of the institution.
Before studying it, I did not know how important transparency was within a state system, now I understand that it is necessary for any public process and I hope that our new constitution and our constituent convention is open to transparency in all areas.
